"Inslee has pushed relentlessly for tax increases,” the report states. “He originally campaigned on a promise not to raise taxes", but he proposed more than $1 billion in higher taxes in his first budget in 2013. 

In 2014, he proposed a new tax on capital gains and increases in cigarette taxes and other taxes. 

In 2015, he approved a gas tax increase as well as higher taxes on businesses. 

In 2016, he proposed broadening the bases of various taxes to raise funding for education.”

Indeed, in 2016, Inslee said “I would veto anything that heads the wrong direction and the wrong direction is new taxes in the state of Washington.” That was a lie, as evidenced by his support for a carbon tax.

I have 3 viable methods of providing total funding for these projects. There are Billions of preexisting dollars available for these projects!

I recently had coffee with Grant County PUD Commissioner Terry Brewer in Moses Lake. 

I asked Terry “Is there any other Economic Development Project greater than these projects that will deliver economic benefit and jobs to our State, Nation and World for the next century".   Terry said, "No Glen"!

 I asked Terry to help me with my proposal and he said he would.

As I have said many times in the past “Leadership needs to come from the top”! 

 I see Speaker Boehner has placed you Ag,

natural resources, science committee assignments.

It took Christopher Columbus 11 years to get his ships and crew.  

History shows that common people like myself come up with innovated ideas that have helped mankind over the centuries.

During the Grant County Primary Forum, I mentioned to you “I believe when one door closes the Good Lord opens other doors for us” and you said “yes you thought he did too”.

I believe “Congressman Newhouse” is now on the entry door to your office. Would you open it to allow me to work directly with you, Commissioners Marshall and Brewer on “my total project completion and funding plan”?

I strongly believe, if You, Cathy, Jamie, and Dave, would use the Bipartisan approach. Walk across the aisle to Senator Murray, Cantwell and the other WA State Congressional Team and create the “Washington Bipartisan Green Team”. 

We can have a total financing plan in place in one year, if we work aggressively together.

Breean Beggs serves as Spokane City Council President. He is devoted to advocacy for all people and community reconciliation. For more than twenty years he has effectively presented causes and cases to juries, appellate judges, arbitrators, mediators, community groups and the media. Highlights of his work include substantial police reform measures in connection with the death of a mentally disabled janitor in Spokane; substantial national reform on oil pipeline safety in connection with the death of three children in the Olympic Pipeline Explosion, and multiple jail and criminal justice reform issues in Spokane County. He is currently leading efforts to increase housing units in Spokane and community sustainability, decrease homelessness and crime, and facilitate community conversations on equity and inclusion.
