For the written record, the reason Clint Didier didn't sign this Declaration is he had given his word "He wouldn't vote for anything that would increase our taxes by $1.00".  
Clint had given his word to the voters of the 4th District, the Nation and to the Liberty Caucus!
Clint is an honorable man, in my opinion!  Clint totally supports the completion of the Columbia Basin, Snake River & Yakima Projects!

I have asked Clint to reach out to the Liberty Caucus for their endorsement

  Maria is from Indianapolis IN.  Maria didn't know about this project until March of 2009, when I brought it up at her coffee get together in her office!
Taken to Cathy March and November 2009 asking Cathy to take "My Project Proposal" to the Republican Leadership!  
   I haven't met Jim Yet but he seems to be a very nice person and he has spent years trying to help America from my research.  I believe he will support Patty and the other WA Congressional Team on "My Project Proposal"! 
I took my proposal to Adam's Office Manager Shana & Kelsey in March of 2009 they jointly believe Adam would fully support 
"My Project Proposal"!
 I haven't met Dave yet but I know he and Adam have worked on Bipartisan Projects to help our State and I firmly believe they will work together on 
"My Project Proposal"!
  I haven't met Suzan yet but I have heard a lot of good things about her desire  increase  Economy and Job market in Washington State & across America!

  I haven't met Jamie yet, but I have received her emails wherein she wants to help our Vets, expand the WA Ports, help expand the job markets and increase our State and National Economy!  
 I haven't Met Denny yet, but his background explains he is a Visionary and Entrepreneur!  He will be able to use those talents on 
"My Project Proposal"!

  I wonder if Denny is as Great a Visionary as Franklin?



  I haven't met Rick yet, but I understand he fully supports our Veterans and I believe he will support "My Project Proposal" of Vets 1st & Employing the Wounded Warriors Project!

 Bipartisan Director of Agriculture during Governor Gregoire's Administration.  Dan & I met during the 2014 Congressional Race.  Dan seems to be an Honorable Man!  Dan has given me his pledge in writing to use his 4th District Office to Promote the Bipartisan Completion of the Columbia Basin, Yakima Basin and Snake River Projects & the Expansion of Our WA Ports!
Hopefully Dan will be the Glue to help create a 
Washington State 
Bipartisan Congressional Team!

   I have spoken with Dan's Wife Carol on Dec. 13, 2014 and offered to work with Dan to acquire Total Project Funding within 12 Months after he takes office!  
    I haven't met Congressman Kilmer yet, but I am looking forward to working with the WA State Congressional Leaders on "My Project Proposal"!  It is my understanding Derek totally supports our Veterans Also!

Ken and Barbara Caylor worked late into the night of April 7th, to write this letter to Governor Inslee.  

We (Glen Stockwell, Commissioner Marshall and Ken Caylor) traveled to Olympia on the morning of April 8th, attended the meeting with Governor Inslee's senior adviser Keith Phillips.   

Ken and Barbara took a proposal to the WA State Democratic Steering Committee in June 2014 requesting this project be placed 
at the top of WA State Democratic Platform as WA State's 
Democrat Economic and Jobs agenda!  
Ken & Barbara both worked as a team and they succeeded!
