RE: 1 Request to Work Directly with You, your Office, and Governor Inslee on a Bipartisan Total Financing Package Total Fast Track Completion of President Franklin D Roosevelt’s Columbia Basin Project, Snake River, Yakima Basin, Horse Heaven and Expansion of WA Ports by 2025. Financing to be provided by having President Trump sign MY 3 Executive Orders allocating Preexisting Revenues and No New Taxes to be used for total project cost!

2 Request to Work Directly with You and your Office and Jointly with the Bonneville Power Administration, WA State Fisheries and WA State Power Industries (to specifically include Grant County
PUD) on a new Salmon Project called “Future Fish Farmers of America”! All the infrastructure is already in place to triple the Salmon population in 4 years! I believe Governor Inslee likes working with kids and will enjoy these projects!
